Try the service The 30-day challenge is completely free and will always be so. The 30-day challenge includes training programs that are not tailored. No coaching is included and no dietary advice is included. To get a more complete set-up with follow-up of PT, dietary advice and tailor-made programs, we recommend that you join our coaching program.
Age limit You must be over 18 years of age to use our services, or at least 16 years of age with a guardian's written consent and payment responsibility.
Responsibility ISI Coaching LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by your login information falling into the wrong hands. You are responsible for learning and ensuring the technique of the exercises. The exercises are described via our fitness app, both via text and videos. We recommend that you hire a PT at a gym if you want to ensure that you complete the exercises correctly. It is important to point out that the instructions via our app are clear and work great for beginners or experienced exercisers. Under no circumstances is ISI Coaching LLC responsible for any form of damage, direct or indirect, caused by your training, use or inability to use the services of ISI Coaching LLC. The disclaimers in these general terms and conditions apply unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation.
Health condition Our services are not for you with injuries, nor for you who have eating disorders or diseases such as anorexia, bulimia or orthorexia. If you are pregnant, you are responsible for informing ISI Coaching LLC about this. If, as a result of your health condition, you meet a care provider, you are responsible for discussing your diet and exercise plan that you receive through us before you start using the exercise programs.
Guarantee and results The diet and training recommended via ISI Coaching LLC are methods that are scientifically grounded in research and experience. However, ISI Coaching LLC makes no guarantee that you will achieve your goals or expectations. But we will always do our utmost to make you successful. If you are dissatisfied with your diet or exercise schedule, contact your PT in the chat and this is usually remedied within 1 working day. In order for you to achieve your goals, it is important that you follow our advice. Note that it does take a long time of hard work on your part around exercise and diet to achieve a good result.
Contract term period, training report and diet diary Do not book a longer training period than you think you can complete. You are responsible for using the period. The payment via subscription is made continuously until you cancel it, it is a one-month notice period (no exceptions). In this way, it is easy to continue with the service when the binding period has ended, as the card subscription runs on. Pause during the contract period You can pause the training period in case of illness, in these cases the client must provide us with a medical certificate via https://joinisicoaching.com/membership-management-form-6928. Once the doctor's certificate has been submitted, the subscription can be paused for a maximum of one month.
Right of withdrawal The right to cancel your registration or purchase only applies if the service has not started to be used or if your PT has not started work on your training programs.
Use of the Services The services may only be used for private use. You may not use your app or the services offered via our fitness app in a way that means that ISI Coaching LLC or others suffer damage or inconvenience. You may not violate the law of the country and by registering you undertake to follow the rules.
Intellectual property rights All material on websites is covered by copyright law. All intellectual property rights, copyrights and trademarks related to us, the 30-day challenge, the coaching program and ISI Coaching LLC are held by ISI Coaching LLC. It is not permitted to copy, publish or otherwise distribute, transfer or sell information, software, products or services that form part of ISI Coaching LLC.
Breach of contract ISI Coaching LLC has the right to terminate the contract period earlier without prior notice due to breach of contract - if you therefore violate any point in these general terms or ISI Coaching LLC has reason to assume that this is the case. It's okay to train with a friend when using our services. You are also welcome to mention your collaboration with us via social media.
Changes ISI Coaching LLC has the right to change the content of the website and app at any time without notifying or obtaining approval. ISI Coaching LLC has the right to terminate your membership at any time after your contract term period.
